Michelle is a creative leader with more than 20 years of professional experience in art direction, branding, and marketing.
Michelle will be responsible for the marketing development for all divisions of Agri-Plastics websites, social media accounts, marketing materials, and print advertising. In addition, she will also book and organize all trade shows as well as create and manage integrated market activities for Canada, the U.S. and International regions directed at customers, prospects, distributors, and resellers. Michelle will also liaise with local media for regional PR opportunities and coordinate press releases for corporate branding alignment. By developing and reviewing market assessments, Michelle’s role will be integral to supporting the sales force efforts and driving revenue results.

Previously, Michelle managed the in-house team for the direct mail division at Cabela’s, as well as managing the global teams at Quad Graphics that supported the creative contract for Cabela’s and Bass Pro. She is an accomplished creative professional with extensive experience creating visual concepts designed to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate consumers. Her expertise with marketing best practices delivers business solutions that drive increases in brand awareness while positively impacting the organization’s bottom line.
